It's been a crazy week, hubby left to Tampa for business & won't be back for about 2-3 weeks. Work was crazy as always, I had a massive migraine & missed 2 days, only to go back & hear some frightening news about what almost happened to one of my 1st graders.
On Tuesday evening after a father came to pick up his two girls, he was walking home & on the way home my 1st grader was walking ahead of him & turned the corner, as she walked ahead, a van pulled up next to her & 2 guys jumped out & approached her & she screamed, so her father came running & as he did the men jumped back into the van & flew out of there. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was like OMG, then of course everything went through my mind, I couldn't start to think what the hell 2 men could start doing to a 6 yr old girl. I couldn't believe it. The goosebumps were crawling all over my arms, I was so mad. Then what baffles me the most is the idiot of the father doesn't call the police. I told him today, you need to call bc if it didn't happen to your daughter it could happen to someone else, could he be more selfish?
Other than that things are crazy. I decided to head to Tampa tomorrow night to visit the hubby, take advantage of the rental car. I was able to find a dog sitter & she's pretty decently priced. So imma go see the hubby.
